CBR TV @ CCI 2008: Steve Niles

As the creator of “30 Days of Night,” writer Steve Niles needs to introduction. He revitalized the horror genre in comics and hasn’t stopped to catch a breath since. Steve stopped by the CBR Yacht during Comic-Con International to talk with CBR Executtive Producer Jonah Weiland about his current comics work at DC Comics and IDW, an update on the film adaptation of “Wake the Dead” and reuniting with his punk band from when he was 20 and also announces what can only be described as a wildly exciting job opportunity for any long time comics fan — he’ll be writing horror directing legend John Carpenter’s next film.
