Actress and writer Alexa Vega boarded the CBR TV yacht at Comic-Con International in San Diego to discuss beginning her acting career in the “Spy Kids” franchise and her work on “Repo: The Genetic Opera.” Vega also discusses the passing of the torch from the original “Spy Kids” trilogy to the new stars of the just-released “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World,” and how director Robert Rodriguez has been a major inspiration for her career.

Vega is currently looking beyond movies, writing a new comic book series for Kickstart Comics called “Suicide Lane” and stars a badass biker chick. Vega shares all the details on her new venture with CBR TV.
