“Locke and Key” artist and co-creator Gabriel Rodriguez spoke with CBR TV to discuss his and Joe Hill’s Eisner Award-winning series after Rodriguez gave Jonah Weiland a crash course in the Chilean comic book scene and described what it’s like working in an environment where he’s not constantly surrounded by other comics pros.

From there, Rodriguez spoke about the success of his reaction to seeing the Fox pilot and his feelings upon hearing the network passed on picking it up for a series before describing his and Hill’s creative process from how they first came together as a team, the development of “Locke and Key” and their working relationship and much more.
