Joëlle Jones dropped by CBR TV during Comic-Con International in San Diego where she discussed the unique pressures and challenges faced by female comics creators, or lack thereof, working with Janet and Alexandra Evanovich on “Troublemaker” for Dark Horse Comics, her experience with NASCAR and her comic projects and long term career goals which includes working on more superhero, western and horror titles in the future.

Jones also reveals that her love of comics originated with the Punisher, looks back on her experience with DC Comics’ Minx line of graphic novels and discusses the advertisement parodies she’s been creating recently.
