I love how Clark just stands there and takes those punches.  It’s rare you see him do that in animated form.  Just…stands there!  I LOVE Superman and I think I am going to love this movie!

Oh look Superman “killed” something. (sarcasm)
Hmm, years of being a wuss…seems Superman got his b@lls with the reboot, even in DCAU where he was always getting his but kicked.

  • Confidential

Amazing…..I agree. It is about time Superman went to punching bag (JL and JLU series) to Man of Steel.

    • Mr_Wayne

Obviously you people weren’t watching the DCAU. In Unlimited he was a badass.

Why does everything need to be Japanese anime nowadays?!

Kinda-ish? I imagine artists being influenced all by each other for the last 20 or so years might have something to do with it (like Trigun having some very 90′s American comic book-y designs and spreads and such here and there or Big O’s BTAS-influenced look). That said, I didn’t even notice until YOU pointed it out. So it’s alot more subtle now as opposed to just pandering to the “animu” fans.

I love the new superman attitude. Same morals and beliefs but a little edgier and willing to throw down. one of the best decisions of the reboot.
